Klodian Dauti has been working in the food industry for over 10 years in different hierarchy levels and production companies, bringing experience in management, technology and food safety. Klodian Dauti is also a registered SQF Lead Auditor since April 2014, working as a subcontractor with other certification bodies. He has audit over 150 quality systems, HACCP, and food safety audits covering dairy, fruits and vegetables, pasteurization, canning, oil refineries, ingredients, grains and cereal processing, low acid foods processing, confectionaries, preserved foods and warehouses/distribution centers.

K.D has contributed in building and maintaining several quality managements systems and food safety systems for the food industry, where most of the strength on gathering, trending and analyzing information helps in understanding different companies’ cultures and building the proper Food Safety Management Systems
